Shipping and Returns

Shipping
No shipping is taking place yet. Checkout is already built and technically works, but it's still in test mode — it only opens to the public once the company is formally set up and real payment keys are active. When that happens, each order will be dispatched by the producer or by a partner carrier, with the delivery window shown on each product page.
Returns
A 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt is planned, in line with the Portuguese and European legislation applicable to distance selling. The exact conditions for opened food and cosmetic products will be detailed before launch.
